Great looking and reminder
I bought this for my office to get up and walk around every 30 minutes. Sitting too much can be unhealthy. It turns out to be a great health tool! I sit down, turn it over, and when I feel it end, I get up, walk for about a minute, sit down, and repeat. And it looks very nice. There is a flat area under the glass where you can place a small trinket such as a company logo, making it the perfect office item. People who see it love it. It never fails.
