Works like factory!
I bought both front door operators from this brand and my local Toyota dealer installed them using the normal factory parts installation method. Both worked and they cost me 3 hours of work. I know the job will be the most expensive part and I don't have the time or ability to install it myself. Original factory parts cost over $200 per drive, so it was a great value. My car is a 2016 Toyota RAV4 Hybrid XLE with about 70,000 miles.
