The water outlet moves, so when I pour water into my hydro flask it's hard to tell if it's going into or over my counter. My jug came without a timer to tell me when to change the filter as shown in the photos in the description. It's just a solid black square where it should be. There are small protrusions on the sides of the filter in the jug when you insert it to remove it. But they don't get far enough to grab him, not even pull him out. I'll just use it and throw it away I think. I was hoping this one would be great based on the reviews but it definitely isn't, or maybe I just got a lemon, idk.
