Like other reviewers I thought they were a bit bigger. The sizes are indicated and they are suitable for us. I just expected them to be bigger. One of the pans had some stains (see circled stains in the picture). This is upon unboxing so I haven't done anything with them before. I was a bit disappointed with that, but let's assume it was a coincidence. This does not affect the function of the pan in any way. I haven't baked anything in the pan yet. I've always used a silicone pad, but the meat juices that flow between the mat and the pan were impressively easy to remove from the pan! It baked itself so I was nervous but it came out right away. I agree with others that the pan warped sooner than expected! I can't remember if we baked at 350° or 400°, but it warped the first time it baked pork chops, which equates to a 10-15 minute cook time. Again, this doesn't seem to affect the pan's function to us, but I see it as a problem for the more serious baker. So far these pans seem to meet our needs and meet the price point.
