The device works as described.

I have used all ports at least once and all worked fine. My original purchase reason was to move the wireless mouse's USB port closer to my mouse. All of the front USB ports were occupied and the rear jack was too far from the mouse for reliable operation. This device solved that problem and gave me more options for plugins.
