TERRIBLE! I accidentally bought this product for my parents (80 and 84). I thought I bought the same one I bought for myself. Obviously I didn't like my device but my parents told me they were having trouble using theirs so they put it in the closet. I'm visiting them right now and we took it out to show how to use it and cook dinner together. This product sucks. First, the spikes are too small and truncated, so good "pasta" thread won't work. Second, it also creates a pureed zucchini puree since it doesn't grind cleanly. Third, the center of the spiral forms a vegetable tube. The one I bought for myself produces quality strands from whole zucchini. Unfortunately it's been a few months since I sent it to them so I can't return it. Instead, it goes to the trash. SKIP THIS PRODUCT! Too bad I didn't photograph the mush that formed last night to post an example.
