Nothing, the software is very simple to use. You don't need any training or support from their team for that matter. I have been using this app since last 5 years and never faced any issue till now. Even though it's free version gives all required options but in paid versions there are more features like SMS alerts, auto-archive etc which makes life easy. If you're looking for an email management solution then go for docsmit mail. It saves tons of time because we do not face issues while managing emails with docsmit mail as compared to other solutions available out there.
