This is our first air fryer. We bought it to cook items from frozen, especially breaded items and we were skeptical it would work well. Our skepticism was unwarranted. Frozen battered fish filets, frozen breaded shrimp, Clams, calamari, breaded vegetable bites, tater tots, onion rings, regular white potato and sweet potato fries all came out great. The quick start guide is very useful: the tables of temperatures and times for various items can be adapted to similar items, and there is a quick formula for converting package instructions for oven to air frying equivalents. Comes with many features not yet explored. We are very pleased with this purchase.
