Received these beautiful pens today and was blown away by the shiny, double and luscious Dyvicl pens. As with all new gel pens (and I have a lot of them), I opened the box and looked at their samples. Imagine my disappointment when I discovered that one of these beautiful pens had spilled, leaving a dry, empty inkwell! Luckily for me they didn't leak either in the box they came in or in the large padded Revain bag with the other 5 or so items in my order. So I logged on to Revain and emailed the company (the seller) via the Revain messenger to let them know about the dried up pen and to ask for their advice. I asked to replace the empty tube and asked if I should return it or the entire set of pens. I got my money back for all the pens within 2 hours and I was able to keep 11 working pens! I continue with my review of the Dyvicl Dual Metallic Gel Pen Set with 12 gel pens. The colors are beautiful. After a little drawing, 11 of them produced the perfect amount of ink for a variety of paper types. I just can't capture the beauty and brilliance of these pens with my camera. I have already ordered a second set!
