I ordered one for myself and one for my wife as I knew they were refurbished, one had a significantly darker screen and the other was quite good. Ordered a replacement, sent the next day with a return label, the second batch was better although one had a small connection issue so it was replaced and now we have two perfect ones. No problem if you're patient and willing to wait a little for shipping, but for me the discount of about $100 is worth it! Based on the actual product, it's good overall. It's light, comfortable and discreet, but that also means the screen isn't the best. I wear a regular watch on my left wrist because it's thin and discreet and doesn't look weird on my right wrist like I'm wearing two watches. I wouldn't be thrilled with a full retail sale but for the price this is a great buy.
