The ability for us at Hootsuite (and other agencies) to be able to pull in their data via our API is one of the greatest things about this product! Having access to all our accounts through 1 place has been really helpful when pulling together reports or preparing campaigns with clients. Nothing so far but I'm sure there will come problems along time like any software does. It's very important you have people who know what they're doing managing it though - which means being available 24x7! Our account managers are always happy to answer questions from my colleagues here too if needed. Great customer support overall and excellent service offering. Managing multiple social media platforms across various channels such as Twitter, Facebook & Instagram etc.- great way of keeping track of everything without having to do it manually!! Being an agency for brands using Social Media.
