I like that it is very organized in their system of tickets; they are easy for me (and my clients)to navigate through all aspects related or not directly connected w/the issue we're working together thru ticketing! The customer rep's responses have gotten faster over time - but this could be because more people now work there? Overall great experience so far!! We've had some issues at times where things were taking longer than expected when resolving an incident via chat vs email response from them which was frustrating since sometimes you need quick resolution &"fix"s without waiting too long before getting back up running again.
