While this article was found useful as described, it turned out to be not. The plastic backing of the flexible blade was not flat. It had a visible curvature that required extra pressure to ensure full contact with a shower door or other surface. This was uncomfortable for the hand and may have contributed to the audible squeaking during use. The lack of heavy pressure resulted in an unabraded midsection. In addition, it has been found that due to the pronounced curvature of the handle, it is impractical to use it on the lower parts of the door or shower screen. Discontinued use in favor of a cheaper metal support substrate product.
