Review on SalesHawk by Jonathan Lamp

Their team are extremely engaging, helpful and friendly - nothing at all! They have been instrumental in helping us grow our pipeline from almost zero to a healthy rate of enquiries per week. The support has always been very quick (usually within minutes) even after hours. I can't think of anything they could improve upon. If you want to be successful with your business then this is one product that cannot be missed. We've had great success with them so far which is something we didn't expect when starting out - however it's still early days yet. Our average time spent talking to people via their platform is about 30-40 mins, but if we do receive an interest or opportunity this usually escalates quite quickly. I like that it's easy to use, has all of my contacts in one place so its super simple when contacting people! The only thing i dislike about this app would be if you could have more than 1 person per account but other then that everything was great!! It makes finding leads much easier because they are already entered into your contact list which saves time as well since we don't need research anymore (we used LeadSquared before).
