Excellent Customer Support & Quality Products

The customer support service was exceptional. There were multiple times we had to explain something that confused us, and they would guide us on how to correct our issues. Sometimes it took 24 hours, sometimes 48, but we got them every time. As a marketer, I feel like I am always chasing the latest trends in digital marketing. From lead generation strategies to SEO/link building, there are literally hundreds of digital marketing trends to learn each year. In my limited experience with Kuna Creative so far, they have stuck with things that worked well for their previous clients, which is refreshing. I also love how specific and detailed their reports are so you can see what's actually working for your account. So far, everything that I've used has been easy to implement and has made sense. We are currently using their conversion optimization tool to run A/B tests on some landing pages as part of I like that it was easy to get started using when we first got it set up and has only gotten better over time. The customer service is top notch! It's so nice having someone available who can help us with any issues or questions at anytime. There are some features that need work in particular around emailing contacts but nothing too drastic. We have been able to use this tool for lead management as well as keeping our database of prospects updated through out the year.
