Review on Go Industries S70736SET Mud Flap by Durioki Cordaro

The square neck of the 5/16 inch carriage bolts that attach the fenders to the brackets do not fit in the grooves of the brackets. As a result, the carriage bolts will turn when you try to tighten the locknuts. I called Go Industries and they were kind enough to check their gear to see if it was ok. They even offered to send me new gear even though I didn't buy the fenders directly from Go Industries (which I consider excellent customer service). I don't know how the mounting hardware I received is different, but it's not 100% compatible. I could get these carriage bolts to work by rotating the square neck or making the slot on the brackets larger, but I didn't have to. I expect the hardware to fit properly.
