I like how user friendly this system has been! It's easy enough with all your typical needs (audio/video setup etc). But what i really appreciate about VTSS now more than ever - their customer service after hours support when we're making mistakes or need tips during set up day. Really helpful in these cases without being pushy at times haha Very useful as well because you can have so many people working remotely but still stay connected via chat features!! I like how easy it was to set up and use, the cost is reasonable. The tool was very intuitive and the ability to add more things as we learned them. They have continued to enhance their product and continue to listen to our needs. We are able to deliver a great experience to our attendees using this software. It's also been helpful in getting our exhibitors excited about the show and making sure they're comfortable with the tools we've provided.
