Great bike, AMAZING Customer Service!

I have had the bike for 3 months now, and have been regularly riding 4-5 times a week.
I was able to add a phone mount to the bike and watch spin classes on various apps easily. At first I had difficulty with the pedal and arm crank but the customer service team at HL Fitness has gone above and beyond in terms of communication and making sure I have a usable bike! Highly recommend making the investment, it has made working out at home a lot more fun!

Great product. Me and my wife love it! Easy to assemble not to bulky and does what it needs to. I’m not a big fan of the overly expensive fancy ones that have all the extra tech. So the simple tracker is great. The seat is very soft yet sturdy for the longer work outs. And the bike it self is very easy to move from room to room when needed. Seat and handle bars adjust easily. So far in our opinion it is a simple yet sturdy piece of equipment that gets the job done.
