Compact, easy to use and clean
Just arrived. 5-6 pounds of thinly sliced fillets pickled in 2 days. Works perfectly. Not as fast as an oven due to the maximum temperature of 158F. But it's a lot easier than using the stove and I put the unit outside to keep the temperature in the house down. Very quiet fan. About 8-9 hours for everything. Cleaning bowls are quickly soaked in hot soapy water and brushed. All in all a worthwhile purchase
