The only positive thing I can say about this product is that the length was just right. Less than a month after ordering, the devices connected to it only worked sporadically and the connected computer hung up every day. After fixing various potential problems with PCs and devices, performing various software updates and purchasing new components. The last thing we checked was unplugging that stupid cable and voila! Not only that, everything that used to be connected to the cable now works directly on the computer, the computer has NEVER hung up since. It's been 2 weeks since I stopped using it! Oh and believe me, I tried at least 2 different computers to make sure it wasn't my new HP (which I never would have thought possible at first. I just wanted to rule it out as a possibility). This upsets me more than I can say. Not only because it is clearly of poor quality, but also because I have relied on this cable for something very important and it has only given me problems. It goes smoothly from point A to B, there are no bends or kinks in it, so there's no explainable reason for its failure other than that it's just junk. Now I can't return it, so I guess I can only say something and warn other potential buyers not to buy it. Is it possible that I have just received a defective cable and the product as a whole is fine? Possibly BUT I doubt it and I guess I'll never know because I don't intend to waste my time on any product this company makes again! I would like to give negative stars!
