This is an excellent product to use for tracking user activities of websites. It not only allows me to track different actions users take but it also saves all that information in one place so I can easily report back to my team. There are times when you click somewhere else before logging into the platform. For example if you visit another page on our site or someone sends us a message we have no way of knowing unless they send us a note about their experience. Sometimes this causes issues with how analytics gets reported back to business managers because not everyone has access to such notes. The ability for multiple people within the same organization to be able to view what actions individual members perform would be very useful. If implemented correctly it could save time spent reviewing individualized reports. We can now see which pages are being visited most often as well as where visitors spend the majority of their time during each session. Also helps to determine areas that need improvement when trying to improve traffic flow through the various sections of our sites. Littledata is a great tool to help us integrate our Google AdWords and Facebook Ads campaigns with our Google Analytics. They have a great customer service team and can help you get set up and figure out any issues you may have. There is nothing I dislike about Littledata. I highly recommend this product. We use Littledata to help us better understand our customers and their behavior. We use the data to help us improve our campaigns and optimize our website.
