I like this shirt. The quality is pretty good but not better than some other workout shirts I've purchased through Best Buy. The fabric is like a thicker tshirt material. It makes a very cute workout shirt.I'm 5'8" 140lbs.and the medium fit me perfectly. Lots of room to hide your jiggly bits without looking like you're wearing a tent.
