Works as advertised.All reviews that complain about flicker is because they most likely are using a random cheap cat5e or cat6 cable. Use shielded cable or a good quality cable to eliminate signal crossover and you will get the quality you are seeking.*Update*April 16, 2020I mainly use this for connecting my PC to a 4k Samsung 55inch TV. I have no issues with this connector. Same applies to my original comment, a good quality cable or a shielded cable is needed. I accidently switched to a cheap cable when I moved my setup from one location to another and the the signal quality dropped, realized what I did and retrieved my good cable and the quality became sharp again. I use a Cat5e cable. If I need to run the full length of the 100ft I will use a Cat 6 cable.I do recommend this product and I will purchase again.
