This is not a genuine salon product. I noticed that when drying, the hair is fluffy and the cuticles are not smoothed out, as high temperatures should be. Took it to the salon for a second opinion. The owner of the salon said that it doesn't warm up enough. And there is no way to call the company. It's like the insert, "If you buy this product from AMAZON or Ebay, we won't honor our guarantee," so why should that be? I regret not buying from my salon, mine died and I was in desperate need of a new one. Seriously wanted to love this product. But for the price, my travel hair dryer works better.
