I really like the compactness of this tape measure. It still measures 60 inches like other types of similar tape measures, even those that are just flat and don't have a roll or scroll function. I also think it's accurate enough. As far as I remember my body measurements were taken with my old flat tape measure, this gave the same measurement so yeah I find it pretty accurate too. I definitely like that this tape measure even has a 0" reading which I think makes it even more accurate than the others as the flat tape measure I lost before assumed 0" was the metal tip of the tape measure was. Even the ones you can wrap around themselves and attach to the 1" mark don't even seem accurate enough because 1" isn't actually shown on them so you're never sure if it's 1" from the actual one measurement differs. I have nothing to fear from that at all. I simply measure back to zero inches to determine what true size is. I definitely recommend it for its accuracy and price.
