Review on 📶 Ubiquiti Unifi BeaconHD Access Point, UDM-B-US by Jay Lee

I bought this to install next door for my family to destroy our internet. It's connected to a Unifi Nano Hotspot in my basement that's connected to a Dream Machine Pro. This thing is almost at its breaking point, but it still works well enough for grandma to stream on a fire stick and play games on her phone all day long! I was really surprised at how well it works through my concrete wall in the basement and through an ally in her house. This is connected to the main level of her home. The speeds aren't the best in this range, but they still work. The ease of use is amazing. I had an issue where UDM-Pro restarted and never connected to the network. It turns out that the beacon has to be in close proximity to the nano during initial setup or it won't work well. Also, Grandma has her own SSID and I get fast device roaming when I visit! All with separate VLANs and security.
