The bowl is rigid without any flexing, which is important when using it for mixing cake mixes etc or even when carrying it. However, I have decided to use it as a planter for my Christmas cacti. I drilled 3 small holes in the bottom for the drain and used a lid under the bowl to catch the water that ran out. I got a pink bowl so when the cactus blooms it should look really pretty. I definitely recommend this item!

- Stackable, oversized mixing bowls with lids for easy storage when not in use. Measures 30.5 cm in diameter at top and 12.7 cm in height.
