UPDATE 12/13/19- After I wrote my review the seller contacted me and helped with some tips on how to get the wax to set. better. This type of wax requires the stamp to be chilled on ice between each stamp to prevent the wax from sticking to the stamp. I was able to finish all my envelopes successfully. I really like the color of the wax and with the extra tip it was really easy to do. I've changed my rating to only 4 stars although I still prefer the previous type of wax I used which didn't need this extra step. It doesn't seem like much, but making a lot of envelopes really lengthens the time between them. I used a different brand of wax for our wedding invitations and had no problems. This wax was terrible. It's getting too hot and too thin. He tears open the envelope and sticks a stamp on it. I've seen other reviews asking about letting it cool longer than normal, but it really didn't work. Unless you let it cool for five minutes, which at this point can take forever if you're making a large batch of envelopes. I'm going back to the original brand I used. How rude.
