A good cheap quiet CPU fan. The installation instructions left a lot to be desired. It comes with a pad that goes on the back of the mobo. The double tape helped but still had to hold the baseplate on the back of the mobo to tighten the screws. . Ignore the blue backlight. Be warned this is a quality fan that is very quiet and does a good job of keeping the CPU cool. The highest core temp I've had on my i7 4790 was 51C. I don't overclock the clock or the game. Expect the temperature to drop a bit after the preset paste has set a bit. See photo of cartridge installation.
