I like that it is very easy to use, you can do a lot of things with this program without having any training at all! The price is also really good considering the amount of features they have included. There are some glitches when using certain functions (the "in" button). Also sometimes there will be an error message pop up for no reason which makes me wonder if something was not done correctly or if it's just my computer messing around. It allows you to screen applicants quickly by uploading their resumes from your cloud storage provider such as Dropbox. This saves time because instead of searching through each applicant separately you can upload them all into one place and then search through them easily.
