Review on Cuisinart CTG 00 ACG Cheese Grater Silver by Birhanie Robinson

"Protection" protection plates once removed (hint with the tip of a screwdriver) could not be reinstalled. I severely tore my thumb off when it slipped and pulled. My thumb with little effort hence a serious injury. I am very disappointed that this product bears the Cuisineart name. In over 40 years of buying the highest quality kitchenware I have never had a problem. I would give a negative review if I could.
