I decided to purchase this cable when I was going through my home theater surround system setup. I noticed my stereo was always displaying an "analog connection" message, but never knew why. So when using my stereo to play the sound from my TV, which was connected via RCA cables, it was limiting the signal quality to analog using the RCA connection.The difference in the quality of the sound is not over the top, but it's quite noticeably better. So for a $10 investment I now have my system connected optimally. I also changes to an HDMI connection from the stereo to the TV and Blue Ray player so I can now take advantage of features my stereo has that I could not before and using a lot less bulky cables to make the connections.This is a well made cable. The ends are very secure and the cable is thick yet still very flexible. I can definitely recommended this to anyone wanting to get the most out of their system setup and eliminate some cable clutter.Well worth the investment.
