This spice rack is every cook's dream. I am an avid herb and spice lover and have never found a coaster that suits my needs. I recently organized my spices alphabetically in two plastic baskets in my closet. The system worked fine for about a week, and then I found I just threw the bottles back in the bin because I didn't have time to put them back in place. (The rooms I pulled them from were filled with other bottles and I couldn't find their place without a lot of searching.) Gradually the system broke down and now every time I need an herb or spice I have to do it Search through a bunch of bottles to find the ones I need. This shelf is wonderful! This allows me to sort and organize the spices so I don't have to search for a specific spice or herb when I need it. The labels are very attractive and there are more than enough of them to satisfy every need. There are also blank labels and a white pen to write the names of other spices. The bottles come with inserts that allow you to either shake the spice or pour it out with a spoon. The rack is very strong, easy to assemble and easy to assemble. Recommended for everyone who, like me, "collects" herbs and spices.
