Excellent shoulder pad!
It's true that you don't have to buy this with your Billingham Hadley Pro, but you do. This mat is much nicer and better quality than the old SP15 version that I first bought and returned. Well stocked and persistent - stays on the shoulder. Snaps onto the shoulder strap and stays where you put it but still slips. Looks great with my new bag.
