We are cash-strapped new homeowners with one of those kitchen island bars that everyone seems to need. We shopped around online for bar stools. We looked at style, weight-bearing capacity, price, and our intuition of quality. We read reviews. We purchased these and we are happy with them. Five Stars. These are not expensive, but they don't feel cheap. They feel the product and manufacturing designers made some understandable choices to hit a price that new homeowners (or cafe/restaurant types?) could afford. One gripe? The cross bar where you might put your foot is so narrow that it is a bit painful in sock feet for breakfast. It's rounded. The product is lightweight. It's affordable. One understands why they didn't put a wider foot rest in, but still.Otherwise, product was on time and arrived in perfect condition at a great price.
