i bought a disk on i handed it over to seagate under warranty, a month has passed, the problem has not been solved, i am without a disk. problems arose after the transfer of the disk to the service center. they didnt process my return for 2 weeks. after i wrote an appeal to the seagate website, they finally promised me a replacement. however, this model is not available, they offer another one. well, or wait a month or two until we order what you want. in short, epic. honestly, when buying a good thing, i do not want to get a hemorrhoid instead of a thing. im furious, but ill see it through. we will see. i hope that the issue will be resolved and having received a replacement, i will still be satisfied. p / s i left a 2 tb wd drive at home, i thought about buying another 5 tb drive, but i realized that it was not an option. im not satisfied with wd: its noisy, gets warm, the moronic light infuriates with its blue light, besides, it began to slow down and the tv does not see it . the only plus is that despite this, the entire disk has been working for 1.5 years.
