I bought this to "strengthen" my stomach. I've lost 75 pounds. I wasn't expecting miracles, but I've read that it can help reduce the appearance of stretch marks and tighten my sagging skin a bit. After just four days of use, I noticed a difference in the redness of the stretch marks on my stomach. I have used gel and lotion on problem areas. I've only used the lotion on my not so bad spots and I can say it's gotten a lot smoother. The scent isn't terrible. It's not sticky. It runs fine. Too much painting begins after four days of morning and evening use.
