Best tool for managing customer service operations

The ability to access the data and to be able to have our own customized reports with no time constraints at all, this is the best thing i would like to highlight. The support team is also very responsive and they are easy to communicate via Slack. Nothing as such. The main thing we need to enhance more is the time constraint to create our custom reports. This is the great thing we are missing out. With clearString, you can access and manage your data with ease and you can create your own view through the API and you can filter and search the data as per your need. We are able to have control over our own data and we can do whatever we want. The software was easy enough so that I could get my clients what they wanted without too much trouble or hassle. Also, it allowed them to be in control of their own data! It's quite expensive, but worth every penny if you're going to do this kind of stuff regularly. We were able to solve several problems with our customers not being satisfied with certain aspects about how we handled things.
