I really wanted it to work

I bought 2 of these so I can remove both hands at the same time. The heating time was too long and the heating was different for both machines. Nor was it said that the pads needed to be replaced. The rubber piece you put your fingers in was very thin. I couldn't safely use this for clients. I really wanted this to work, but it just wasn't a good design.
