I've used uptime to ensure my site is always available which allows me to focus on what matters most-my business! They also have a good support team and are very friendly. The only downside is that they can be expensive compared to other solutions. I haven't seen any downsides so far but I do recommend them for website monitoring. I use uptime for availability monitoring and checking service level agreements (SLAs) for our content delivery network (CDN). The uptimes are very accurate with our site monitoring tools we use from them as well! I have no complaints about this service at all! They offer many different types of services for hosting companies which is great because most hosts don't even know what they need or that there's such thing out in market place. This makes it simple when you're trying sell your product/service by showing someone exactly how much revenue can be made if using certain type hostings vs others etc..
