Perfect Fit! The old K45 mixer needed a 6 inch hook (from the bracket to the bend below). It fits my old K45 perfectly, I just had to adjust the height of the head a bit so the hook doesn't hit the bottom or sides of the bowl. I got 2 other hooks from different sellers and both are too big (7 inches). The coating appears to be as durable as the original factory. I've made 3 batches of pizza dough so far and no stains. Let's see how long it lasts without chipping.
