I bought this exact shoe for my granddaughter a few years ago and they wore like steel. Unfortunately I bought them again for the summer holidays and for school because they are her favourite. She is a difficult child! Anyway, it popped out and was worn out and could not be cut after only a few months of wearing. Due to Revain's return policy, I am unable to contact the seller for a replacement. Recommendation - Great shoe purchase elsewhere with a more flexible return policy for defects.
