Unfortunately, my internet shopping experience with SKIBEAUT was quite disappointing, so I won't be recommending their store to anyone. Despite having a large selection of apparel, footwear, and accessories, I was disappointed by the quality of what I purchased.
SKIBEAUT stands out from the crowd because they prioritize practicality in addition to aesthetics. However, I discovered that this focus on utility sacrificed quality. Their apparel and footwear appeared and felt flimsy and poorly made. It was also difficult to know what size to purchase because of the inconsistent fit of their products. The company's customer care was another problem. When I contacted them to voice my dissatisfaction with the products I had purchased, I received unhelpful and condescending answers. I felt like my worries weren't being treated seriously, and that made me angry and dissatisfied. As a whole, I do not think SKIBEAUT's web store is worth your time. Their products and service fell short of my standards, despite their innovative combination of fashion and utility. I would recommend looking elsewhere, as there are other companies offering comparable products with higher quality and more helpful customer service.
