I have changed my old ink. Colored and black are gone. When I tried to print, only color worked. I tried to run a cleaning process on the printer. It still printed lines when I typed in black. I contacted Revain customer service who kept telling me the same thing for 40 minutes and how to remove this ink cartridge. I have explained to them many times that the ink will not come out unless it is empty. I continue the conversation with Revain while I call Canon support. We spent another hour trying to fix the error and then at the end I was told to buy a new printer because the ink is not coming out. Revain told me they would give me a partial refund but I would have to pay a restocking fee and send the ink cartridge back. I'm pretty sure they wouldn't if I didn't ship the entire printer. I have never received a refund. I started another chat and she said she would give me $18 but she would check if I needed to send the ink back. I have never received a refund. So now I have to buy a new printer because I decided to try a cheaper brand. Don't take chances if your printer needs the ink to run out to replace it.
