I ordered outside of the US and received a pair that didn't work properly; The only option customer service provided in this case was to provide a return label, which only worked in the US. Since shipping the item back to the US is almost the same as the cost of the item, it made no sense to me. It was the only option Amazon had to offer. I paid for glowing shoes and got one that doesn't work.
