Great lock and customer service.

I had to replace the first one. If you can't figure it out, make sure you bend the other side as far away from the G-pin lock as possible when creating the code. Otherwise, it easily reverts to itself and closes itself, generating code you don't recognize. Send a new one quickly and politely.
