I contacted support and their only solution was to buy smaller wheels - I need about 3 inches of height so smaller wheels won't do. I'm a bit disappointed with how long their support team took to respond (although it's understandable in this home office frenzy) and that their solution didn't help much. Another problem is the lumbar support. oversized - probably by 30-40% more. It feels like it was taken straight from a large chair and not designed for a smaller person. I ended up taking it off and the chair is pretty comfortable without it. Bonus points for being detachable. I use a box under the table for my feet and will buy a more comfortable footrest in the future. With the box my legs were flat and my back pain was gone. It's great to have something for below average people. If the seat was lowered another 3 inches, this chair would be perfect. Although their website mentions that this chair fits a person who is 4ft 9 tall, be aware that this may not be the case for you. If you are a petite woman with "normal" proportions I think this is a great chair. Also, I have purple and it's a beautiful color.
