Review on Hakka Sausage Stuffer Stainless Vertical by Angela Stephenson

Wow! It's great stuff :) The build quality is really top notch, it couldn't be easier to use and most importantly it's super easy to clean. Here is a photo of the chopsticks I made the day I received them. I gave it a quick rinse to remove the oil from all parts, made a meat mix for appetizers and it was great. It's also MUCH easier if you're used to using a meat grinder, which tends to mash the meat. This gives you full control and any speed you want. The higher gear is fine, although probably too fast for me to ever use. The only thing I would improve is the way it sticks to the stand, it wants to tip over when you twist the handle but it's still not a big deal. .I have an 11 lb syringe.
