I work in an office. There are four computers in the office. The office is large. I periodically connect an external hard drive. The guys also have external screws. So this clave loses signal constantly. It just disappears for 10-20 seconds and that's it. The Logitech website acknowledges this problem and offers a free USB extension cable, but you need a receipt to get it. Where do I get a check from? I didn't buy it myself. And what is this wireless keyboard that needs a USB extension cable? The mouse has no such problems. Changing batteries doesn't help.
