Review on Salter 355 BKXCDU Adjustable Standing Black by Naomi Johnson

This is our third Salter timer. We were very happy with our first one and bought a second one for our motorhome. Unfortunately, after 22 years of hard use, our first one finally died. This new one is good for time tracking, but it's loud as hell - I mean loud, heartbreaking. My friend with PTSD was in the kitchen yesterday and when it started she ran out of the room screaming. Although there is a 3-level volume setting, there doesn't seem to be a way to make this timer quieter. The next 22 years will be nerve-wracking.
